Morgan Bourque
Morgan Bourque graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Sciences and a minor in communication and speech. He attended both Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and South Texas College of Law. At both schools, he honed his trial skills, excelling and winning championships in Mock Trail and Moot Court.
Morgan has worked for the United States Attorney’s Office, the Department of Justice, the Southern District of Texas, the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, and the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. Morgan now offices in The Woodlands with his father, Gerald Bourque. Since opening his firm, he has represented thousands of clients in nearly every type of case.
Morgan has fought for suspects, the accused, and defendants in criminal cases; fathers, mothers, husbands, and wives in family court on divorces and child custody cases; multi-million dollar estate and probate matters. And recovered millions of dollars for clients on the civil side of the docket.
